Some partners give once. Grampy’s Charities keeps showing up, and Trailways campers feel the difference every season.
Grampy’s is a 100% volunteer organization with no paid staff, and for a quarter century it has donated more than $3 million to children’s charities. Trailways is proud to be on its list of supported charities, alongside organizations like Ronald McDonald House and Special Olympics.
In 2025–26, Grampy’s did something remarkable: it matched our community dollar for dollar, twice. The Trailways Camps/Grampy’s Charities $50K Match Campaign met its goal and funded our January 2026 camp for 20 campers. Then the $100K Match Campaign met its goal by June 30, 2026, funding our February 2027 camp for campers on our returnee waiting list. For campers who have waited years to come back, that means a long-awaited reunion with friends.
Grampy’s support goes beyond the match. As a Sustainer-level Vision Sponsor, a Camping Experience Sponsor, and a sponsor of our Charitable Golf Tournament and The Giving Campaign, Grampy’s helps make camp possible from start to finish. And when Grampy himself shows up at our events, the smiles say it all.
